Das SFMC wurde durch langjährige Partnerschaften, technisches Fachwissen und entschlossene Zusammenarbeit errichtet und ist die erste Einrichtung dieser Art in der Region. Es kann mehr als 250.000 Menschen in Sinjar und Umgebung versorgen.
Die SFMC ist eine langfristige Investition in die Gesundheit, Würde und Stabilität für eine Gemeinschaft, welche sich Schritt für Schritt nach einem Völkermord wieder aufbaut – und in eine Zukunft, in der Gesundheitsversorgung als Recht und nicht als Privileg betrachtet wird.

Nadia’s Initiative commends the recent judgment of the French Supreme Court, which approved charges against a French multinational company, LafargeHolcim SA (‘Lafarge’), for complicity in crimes against humanity committed by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and other armed groups in Syria.
